A constant internet connection is required for the EVOBOX Club karaoke system to function properly.
Demo mode
Without an internet connection, the system will only function in demo mode, with song playback limited to 45 seconds.
IMPORTANT!
If the internet connection is lost, the subscription remains active for another 24 hours.
After that, your guests will have access to 100 song plays, where each track start is counted as played (even if the song did not play to the end or only played for 10 seconds).
After another day, the system will switch to demo mode.
Example:
- January 1, 6:00 p.m. — connection lost. The subscription is valid until January 2, 6:00 p.m.
- From January 2 to January 3 (until 6:00 p.m.) — 100 plays are available.
- January 3, 6:01 p.m. (or sooner, if you have exceeded the 100-play limit) — transition to demo mode.
Subscription management
Subscriptions can only be purchased and activated online in the user’s personal account or in the settings of the karaoke system itself.
Connection type
The karaoke system can be connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi (802.11ac standard supported, operating in two modes: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) or via a network cable. However, to ensure the most reliable and stable operation, we strongly recommend using a wired connection.
